The goal of this project was to design a billboard for a fictional real estate company, Elevate Property. I focused on creating a clean, simple design with strong, recognizable branding that communicates the message even with just a quick glance.

I developed a strong visual identity from the start by incorporating a distinctive motif into the logo that could be carried throughout the brand’s marketing materials. In the billboard design I used intentional spacing, and a clear hierarchy to make the key message stand out. The design was kept minimal to avoid unnecessary distractions while still creating a professional and memorable look that reflects the real estate industry.

This project allowed me to explore how branding and graphic design can work together in a large-format application, where readability, visual impact, and simplicity are essential.
